The feedback you’re giving us on a regular basis about some cards, the random factor in the game or the balance between Gods gives us a good view of the changes we should make. Our games designers have prepared the next patch by taking all of this into account!
 


You may have heard this one before, that’s one of the perks of being in beta, but we’re going to need your help and your opinions! Don’t hesitate to tell us about these balancing changes you can read below.

As we've said already, it takes a little bit longer to validate a new update than before, so we will come back to you shortly to announce the patch's release date!

 

Overview

 

We have to admit it, Sacrier is sitting a bit above the rest of the other Gods in terms of raw power. We have decided to clip her wings a bit. However, to avoid giving you a backlash, we will do so gradually. We’re starting with the following changes:
 
  • Clinging to life: cost increased from 0 to 2 AP.
  • Nomarow Transplent: Attack increased from 2 to 3. HP reduced from 3 to 2.
 

RNG (Random Number Generator), more commonly called “randomness”, or “luck” by the superstitious, or “probabilities” by the math-oriented, was also much derided in the last few weeks. You will see below that we’ve taken great steps to reduce its influence on the game.
 
 

Neutral cards

 
 
  • Celestial Gobball: effect changed from “UNTARGETABLE. APPEARANCE: Recover the last Gobball that went to your discard pile” to “UNTARGETABLE. DEATH: Recover the last Gobball costing 6 AP or less that went to your discard pile”.
  • Chafer: his name has been changed to Decrepit Chafer. HP increased from 1 to 2. Gains the power “Cannot be brought back to life”.
  • Chafer Archer: effect changed from “RANGE: 1-3. DEATH: 50% chance of summoning a Chafer” to “RANGE: 1-3. DEATH: summons a Decrepit Chafer if you have another Chafer in play”.
  • Chafer Lancer: effect changed from “DEATH: 50% chance of summoning a Chafer” to “DEATH: summons a Decrepit Chafer if you have another Chafer in play”.
  • Chafer Elite: effect changed from “DEATH: 50% change of summoning a Chafer Lancer” to “DEATH: summons a Decrepit Chafer if you have another Chafer in play”. Attack increased from 2 to 3. HP increased from 3 to 4.
  • Chaferfu: effect changed from “TELEPORTS 2 cells when an ally dies. DEATH: 50% chance of summoning an Elite Chafer” to “TELEPORTS 2 cells when an ally dies. DEATH: summons a Decrepit Chafer if you have another Chafer in play”.
  • Translucent Chafer: effect changed from “UNTARGETABLE. DEATH: 50% chance of summoning an Elite Chafer” to “UNTARGETABLE. DEATH: summons a Decrepit Chafer if you have another Chafer in play”. 
  • Moogrroon: effect changed from “APPEARANCE: CHARGE” to “APPEARANCE: CHARGE 2 cells”.
 
 

Krosmic cards

 
 
  • Chafer King: effect changed from “Your summons have 50% chance of coming back to life. DEATH: 50% chance of summoning a Chaferfu” to “When one of your Summons dies, it is brought back to life as a Decrepit Chafer”.
 
 

Infinite cards

 
 
  • Evangelyne ***: HP reduced from 3 to 2.
  • Amalia ***: effect changed from “APPEARANCE: inflicts 4 damage on all enemy Summons on its row” to “APPEARANCE: inflicts 2 damage on all enemy Summons on its row, or 4 damage if you have another member of the Brotherhood of the Tofu in play”.
  • Atcham *: effect changed from “50% of not suffering the damage he receives” to “Immune to spell damage”.
  • Atcham **: effect changed from “50% of not suffering the damage he receives” to “Immune to spell damage”. HP increased from 2 to 3.
  • Atcham ***: effect changed from “50% of not suffering the damage he receives” to “Immune to spell damage”. HP increased from 2 to 4.
  • Joris **: cost reduced from 5 to 4 AP.
  • Joris ***: effect changed from “Prevents your opponents from casting spells” to “Your opponent’s spells cost 3 AP more to cast”. Cost reduced from 6 to 5 AP.
  • Count Harebourg **: effect changed from “APPEARANCE: pick up enemy AP prisms” to “APPEARANCE: pick up all AP prisms”.
  • Count Harebourg ***: effect changed from “APPEARANCE: destroy all prisms” to “APPEARANCE: destroy all enemy prisms”. Attack reduced from 3 to 2. HP reduced from 5 to 4.
