"Veteran" Achievement unattainable. What's the solution?

As the title suggests, the achievement "Veteran" requires you to level up an Infinite Card to level 9, yet Infinite cards are no longer able to level up. So what's the workaround, Ankama?

at this point just be happy they are still keeping the servers turned on mate

The change was made 4 years ago, but I cannot find anything related to the associated achievement and how it was altered. Nice "-12 Score" by the way

Is this achievement now linked when the player hits rank 30?
