Zaap/Kormaga folder empty

Greetings. I have been getting a black screen error for a long time. There is nothing left to try. I think that the game can not connect to the server for an error (I'm in Turkey).

C / Username / AppData / Roaming / zaap / krosmaga folder looks empty. I don't know if this folder is normally a file or not. Can someone upload it for me if it should be?

I have been dealing with this problem for several months. Now I want to return to Krosmaga sad Please help.

Hi, Simon-Magus, sorry for taking so long to answer. Can you upload the content of the output_log.txt file to pastebin so I can take a look at it ?

The files should be in AppData/Local/...

How do you try connecting yourself? Is it using the Ankama launcher?

I am using Ankama Launcher. But they get black screen error all my friends like me in Turkey.

There is no main file in AppData/Local.

In AppData/LocalLow, there are:

Download it to some other folder.

My three friends tried with different computer and internet connections. All three received a black screen error. My video card gtx1050ti, up to date.

Krosmaga was running smoothly before. It started to give black screen error for the first time in April. It has not improved since then. My friends in Turkey as they begin receiving the same error. None of us can go back to the game.


Sorry I forgot about your trouble. I'd advise you to send a ticket to the Ankama support describing your problem. I've also given the information to some dev but I can't promise they will be able to look at it, so adding some tickets from you and your friends could help.

Thank you. I sent a ticket on the subject. Although eight days have passed, it has not been resolved. (Ticket Id: #2634834)

During this process, I asked one of my friends. He also received a black screen error like the others. So the number rose to four. I am sure the problem is from the servers. My hope that Ankama will solve the problem is gradually decreasing.

I tested it on my phone today. It works smoothly. But it doesn't work on the computer (launcher and steam).
