Black Screen

Hello
When i start the game i got loading screen
After loading is done all i have is black screen. I can see mouse cursor and i can see option icon.
I do also have sound but thats all rest is black screen.

Hm. what are you playing on and how ?

Is it from Ankama launcher. Is it from Steam launcher. Is it on mobile. Is it from the old independant launcher ?

I'd recommend doing a clean install from the Ankama launcher and see if it fixes it.

Same. Black screen (steam and launcher versions)...

I tested it on another computer. Same again. Is it Krosmaga servers may be unable to connect to Turkey?

Oyuna Türkiye'den giriş yapılamıyor. Düzelttirmek için çok uğraştım ama sonuçsuz.
