I get this everytime, and i think in other computer(laptop) i think i don't get this every time i run the game. Is this normal?

Does this prevent you from playing the game? Or is it just a download that appears when you start the game, but you can play it properly afterwards?

Its just a download for about 10 seconds at 900kB/s but then the game runs normally. Its not that much of a big deal but i noticed that i don't get it on my laptop.

The only thing i fear is the downloads stack in disk and have duplicate files.
