CONNECTION HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED

hi, i have problem only with one account ankama, when i try log in after insert name and password the game load and send message "THE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED". If i try log in with another account the game load normally. some people can tell me what problem have ? thanks for answer
