Connection error: connection to the server was interrupted

Hello! I've been receiving this error forawhile now, i've searched online and none of the solutions have worked thus far.
I am able to log into my friend's account using my computer and wifi so i dont think it's an issue with my internet connection, it seems like it is a problem with my account? Any solutions/advice will be much appreicated. Thank you

I have the same problem today as well with the same error message. Are the servers down? I tried to submit a case via the support but it asks for me to confirm my email and nothing comes to my email.. I hope this will be fixed
