Lost all cards from steam, after loging to mobile app

Hi,

I have problem with loging to Krosmaga mobile.

On STEAM i have all my cards and i connect both accounts by website but when i log into app, the account is empty.

I spend some money on this game and i would like to play on phone.

Waiting for advice

For everyone with same problems -> After connectings STEAM AND ANKAMA accounts You have to use ANKAMA account Email to log in smile

I would advise you to contact our Support: https://support.ankama.com/hc/en-us . Provide them with your different connection information, and they should be able to sort the situation out.

Problem solved =) I was using steam login insted of conected to Steam Ankama account email adress.
