"1.0- SNAPSHOT" screen all black. Nothing happens

Hello everyone

Am I the only one who can't play? I play krosmaga on my Samsung phone J5. It has always worked correctly.
Since 2 days ago I haven't been able to play because whenever I open the game, it won't load. The loading screen doesn't even appear. The game just stays all balck. Where the version number should be, appears "1.0-SNAPSHOT" and nothing happens no matter how long I let the game open. I have closed all the apps and restarted my phone. Nothing happens

I am the only one with this bug or problem?

Yes man i have the same problem too, i think after i update to ver. 1.7.1 as i remember the game keep going black screen and appears 1.0-SNAPSHOT, do you already solve it?

I reinstalled the app. I didnt wanted to do it but at the I decided to, and the problem got solved.

All was well yesterday, updated last night, now just a black snapshot screen. (Samsung phone).

UPDATE: Not sure if there was a small update or something, but it fixed itself for me this morning (13th December 2019)

Mismo problema (24 de octubre 2020) en Poco F2, no funciona reinstalando y en soporte solo me recomendaron jugar Dofus , alguien sabe que se debe hacer?

just wait for a month to fix itself this problem also happened to me after a month of not playing krosmaga this happens the snapshot thing really bothers me but once you wait it will start running again
