[Mobile] Game doenst Update

I downloaded it and cant play the game in mobile (motorola g3), because doenst update!
Its a infinite bar, dont have any progress, but have a animation upside the bar!
How can i fix that?
-note: have space on mobile, unistalled and reinstalled, clear cache, EXCELENT conection!

My gobbals are hungry, mom is coming soon!
