What is the problem exactly? As we check your account, it seems like it's a brand new one. Did you play before with another nickname than the one you're using currently? Do you own any other Ankama accounts?

I sent a ticket about 36 hours ago and still no response on it would really like to play again but lost all my cards.

Well no response from anyone for a few days now seems I should just quit this game well there goes 8$ I spent on this game.
