That effect would be slightly worse. Would make sram mill even more op. That kind of effect should be reserved for infinite or krosmic. I would just say to nerf larvae damage and make it more conditional.
Also I wish the decks were increased to 50 cards where 5 of them must be walls cause that would really make the game more interesting. Walls should be immune to range and that can help against cra. So it forces the cra player to move and hit the wall. Or it can even have 1-2 attacks and at least 4 hp imo.
